ABOUT US

The Cuba Academic Alliance (CAA) is an informal but focused group of academic institutions organized to respond to the 2004 restrictions imposed by the U.S. government on educational travel and exchange programs to Cuba. We are a diverse and apolitical organization that includes independent academics and representatives of colleges, universities, study abroad programs and social services organizations. Members share information about changes to the rules that could affect U.S. academic programs and work to lift the restrictions on academic programs in Cuba and educational exchanges with our Cuban colleagues.
